1. According to a personality test I took the other day, I'm an Idealist. I think that actually means I'm a pedant... :-D

2. I've been a fan of the British sitcom Red Dwarf since it began in 1988, and can recite pretty much every line of dialogue from every episode. Yes, I really am that sad.

3. I'm a (half) decent artist - pencil drawings only - and have a framed drawing of Rogue Trooper (from 200AD) on my wall that I did back in 1994.

4. I love foreign language films. My favourites are Spirited Away, 2046 and Ran.

5. My favourite artists are Edward Hopper and Roy Liechtenstein. My favourite piece is Hopper's New York Movie.

6. I listen to music constantly, and once went through the whole of Wagner's Ring Cycle in a day. Don't try this at home folks...
